Transfers are not included from our arrival airport to the starting point of our trip in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (see Travel & Logistics for more info).

After breakfast on our final day, Modern Adventure will provide complimentary airport transfers from our hotel to Siem Reap's REP airport to accommodate various departure times. If you choose to extend your time in Cambodia, or are departing from a location other than Siem Reap, it is your responsibility to book alternative transportation (see Travel & Logistics for more info).

Traveling with dietary restrictions or allergies can be a challenge, but we’re here to help. Prior to your departure, we’ll send you a questionnaire where you can inform us of any special dietary needs you have. Depending on the information you give us, we will work with our in-country partners to adjust menus and be aware of allergies and restrictions on the trip.

For solo travelers, there is a $900 single-supplement fee—paid at the time of booking to secure a private room. If you would like us to pair you with a roommate, that option may be available upon checkout—these spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The majority of this adventure requires an easy to moderate amount of active participation, with light to moderate walking over short distances, often over uneven surfaces. It may be required to climb stairs to reach activity destinations or other locations.

Although individual activities themselves are not heavily active or strenuous, some activities or locations may present challenges to persons with special needs or physical limitations. Neither Modern Adventure nor any of its suppliers may physically lift or assist travelers onto transportation or on daily activities. If you have questions or concerns about particular activities or trip aspects, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

You may cancel on or before October 23, 2021 and receive a full refund minus a $500 per-person service fee. If you cancel between on or after October 24, 2021 there is a 50% cancellation fee; on or after December 22, 2021 there is a 100% cancellation fee.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as we are not able to make exceptions to this policy in cases of family/medical emergency or cases of the trip being canceled (see our Terms and Conditions for full details).
